The scope of work for the CPMC Davies Campus and Pacific Campus Renewal Projects included renovation of the areas and departments listed below.
- Inpatient Behavioral Health project, including demolition of the existing finishes for the entire 3rd floor of the South Tower. Build-out of an 18-bed Behavioral Health unit, requiring coordination with managers on all floors above and below in the occupied hospital tower
- PACU expansion
- Loading dock upgrades for SPC4 requirements, including an egress tunnel to/from North Tower (with 18 micro-piles to bedrock)
- Emergency Department remodel, broken into four phases to minimize disruption and maintain occupancy
- Outpatient Family Medicine clinic, above a 7-days-per-week operating Dialysis Clinic
- New entryway to the Emergency Department, which entailed saw-cutting a new opening, tightly choreographed due to adjacencies to occupied patient wings
- Renovation of several areas throughout the hospital to ready the campus to meet NPC4, RACS and licensing requirements through Jan 1, 2030
- New men and women's staff locker rooms
- Pathology Lab and Conference/Research Space
- Patient Room ADA upgrades
- Relocation of main hospital admitting lobby
- Back-of-house Dietary upgrades
- Outpatient Ob-Gyn offices, including Mammography Suite
