Recently completed, the $12 million Kaiser Campbell project entails the tenent improvement for a new medical office building, which will provide the community with expanded primary care and behavioral health services.
Herrero's scope for the project includes the full build-out of building interiors; one large template pharmacy, eight provider offices for child psychiatry, two group rooms for behavioral health, 17 provider offices for pediatrics and OB/GYN, 31 exam rooms for pediatrics and OB/GYN, three medium conference rooms, two procedure rooms and various support spaces throughout.
Located in the Vasona Tech Park Medical Office Buildings campus, the facility is being constructed while neighboring buildings remain in operation, requiring coordination with occupants and well-executed scheduling. The facility is approximately 30,000 sq. ft. total and two levels - ground floor and mezzanine. During preconstruction, Herrero provided cost estimating, site investigations, schedule preparation, feasibility studies and more. The project utilized Design-Build methodologies for MEPF trades.
