·       Perform VDC work and support project personnel in VDC processes, ensure proper VDC procedures and best practices are being followed on projects.

·       Assist project teams in preparing and updating BIM schedules for each project.

·       Assist the BIM Department Manager in training of project personnel in the use of BIM tools and workflows.

·       Support standard VDC process development, seek for continuous improvement opportunities.

·       Facilitate the creation and maintenance of BIM Execution plans.

·       Lead and facilitate coordination meetings with multiple disciplines and trade partners. Nurture collaboration relationship with trade partners.

·       Administer and support VDC coordination kick-off meeting and subsequent meetings.

·       Documents and reports Coordination issues with the 3D models and/or Contract Documents.

·       Ensures QA/QC of Coordination models are being performed continuously throughout the Coordination process.

·       Keep track of contract BIM required close out requirement and support project teams in fulfilling them (6Dpackages where applicable).

·       Technology support and training for project teams, including Owners, Designers and Subs.

·       Provide support for hybrid PE/VDC staff on project.

·       Provide support to model quantity and data analysis, production tracking, asset management data integration to model as needed.

·       Receive training to manage Laser scanning equipment and process.

·       Other tasks and projects assigned.

·       Bachelor’s degree in construction management / engineering / architecture or equivalent education and experience.

·       2 or more years of experience in the role of working projects supporting BIM/VDC effort. Experience working for a contractor is a plus.

·       Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

·       Energy, reliability, dependability, and flexibility in order to create value from any situation.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·       Willingness to pursue continued education on VDC and interact with technology service providers and software vendors R&D on maturing and emerging Technologies in the market and introduce them to the company.

·       Software Experience Required: Revit & Navisworks.

·       Software Experience Preferred but not required: AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
